Both women are Wild Mushroom Food Safety-certified professionals based out of Saratoga County, New York. For them, foraging is a passion and a way of life, and one they love to share with others. Together, they wander forests, experiment with kitchen chemistry, host hyperlocal and seasonal supper clubs, and teach their young children everything they know about all of the above.
Danielle is a Wild Mushroom Food Safety-certified professional based in Saratoga County, New York. Her slightly eccentric background in mycology, home arts, anthropology, education, culinary arts, religion, photography, and linguistics makes Danielle a highly engaging educator.
She is the 2023 Gary Lincoff Scholarship recipient and a member of the Mid-Hudson Mycology Association.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Danielle has lived in New York since 2009; she resides in Ballston Lake, with her daughter, Violet Ramona.

Eve is a Wild Mushroom Food Safety-certified professional based in Saratoga County, New York. Originally from Poland, Eve grew up foraging in the abundant forests of Eastern Europe with her family. She brings this lifelong passion and intuition to her practice in the Northeast. Her vast knowledge of plants, mushrooms, gardening, and more makes Eve a dynamic educator
She is a member of the Mid-Hudson Mycology Association.
She currently resides in Ballston Lake, with her husband and five children (all boys!). Eve is a proud and loyal Libra.
